Football in the community initiative

It’s a sad fact today that Irish League football is in the doldrums. Ground attendances have fallen and some clubs have gotten into some financial difficulties. Yet, football has never been more popular. Clearly, something needs to be done to bridge this gap.

Linfield Football Club has taken an interesting initiative by seeking to attract support from youngsters for the beautiful game at local level. Do you know of a school group, church or community youth group who would be interested in attending one of the following games at Windsor Park as youth guests of Linfield FC?

21 February v Glenavon
13 March v Lisburn Distillery
27 March v Crusaders
If so, Linfield FC would be pleased to invite them - together with appropriate adult supervision – to attend the game of their choice.

Group admission tickets to the Family Section in the South Stand are provided free of charge by the club. Your group would be welcomed to Windsor Park via the club's official web site and programme as well as on Radio Linfield on the day of the game.

For further details or to arrange a booking, please contact the Linfield Junior Supporters' Liaison Officer, Andy Conn on match days at Windsor Park or via email at andrew.conn2@ntlworld.com

Please mention that you heard about it through Wizard Ads.
